IIA Chapter Chairmen
Dear Sir,
It has been decided that IIA will support the Anti-corruption movement
launched by the civil
society activists and lead by Sh Anna Hazare.
A press note in this regard has been released by the IIA head Office,
Lucknow, today.A copy of
this press note both in Hindi & English is attached herewith for ready
reference.
The following actions may be taken by all IIA Chapters to support the Annan
Hazare movement:
- Press releases in line with the copy attached herewith may be issued to
media at the Chapter
level.
- Peaceful demonstrations may be organised and local MPs and MLAs pursued
to propose the Jan
Lokpal bill drafted by the Civil Society activists to the Govt.
- Actions taken by respective chapters along with the photographs may be
sent to IIA Head Office
for publication in IIA News 'Special edition on Anti-corruption'.
