Manish Goel –President , Indian Industries Association

Mr. Manish Goel, National President of Indian Industries Association (IIA) is a dynamic, innovative  and socially active Industrialist. Born on 3rd March 1965 in Kanpur , Uttar Pradesh, India, Mr Goel acquired his educational qualification  i.e Post Graduation in Science (MSc) with flying colors from Lucknow University. While studying at Lucknow University he has been active in extra curricular activities and was Science Representative of the Student Union of the University  in 1986. 

On completion of his post graduation, instead of looking for an employment, he decided to provide employment to educated / unemployed youths at a very young age of 22 years. In 1989, Mr. Goel set up a factory to manufacture Soap and Detergents in Lucknow, India. In the year 2000 he diversified to produce Acid Slurry in a new unit “M/S Lucknow Surfactants” . In 2003 he further diversified in to the manufacturing of Sodium Silicate in his new unit “Lucknow Silicate Factory” and in 2007 he started a Printing and Publishing House.

Mr. Goel joined Indian Industries Association (IIA) as a member in the year 1990  and have been active in the working of the Associations  all through these 25 years . Keeping in view his active participation and interest in the promotion and development of MSMEs, he was appointed Chairman of IIA Lucknow Chapter in the year 2001. Thereafter he has served IIA on almost all the ladders i.e Divisional Chairman , Elected Member of Central Executive Committee, Secretary and Vice President of IIA at the State level and then Senior Vice President IIA from July 2013-June 2015.

Apart from running his enterprises successfully and serving the cause of MSMEs through IIA , Mr. Goel is also actively involved in other organizations i.e Agarwal Siksha Sansthan, Lucknow and U.P Civil Defence Organisation etc.
