ABOUT IEFC:

Indian Industries Association (IIA) is an apex representative body of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a strong membership base of about 12000 MSMEs. IIAs motto is to create an enabling environment for the development of MSMEs in today’s ever changing and extremely competitive industrial scenario.

Export Facilitation Center (IEFC) is set up by Indian Industries Association to facilitate its members for providing all kind of services, information and support required to reach the desiredlevel at Global Export.

IEFC SERVICES

IEFC will provide Free and Paid Services to IIA Members and Non- Members as under.

(A)Free Services to IIA Members & IEFC Members

• Assistance in representing Exporters / Importers problems at Government Levels
• Policy interventions / representations to Government on behalf of Members.
• Issuance of Certificate of origin at concessional rates
• Replies to queries related to Export/Import
• Export/Import Related Government Circulars (Through WhatsApp)

1. All IIA Members
2. Any other MSME / Merchant Exporter

TERMS & CONDITION OF MEMBERSHIP

1. IEFC membership are designed exclusively for end users engaged in the Export activities, Business promotion and expanding their business across the globe. Subscription to IEFC membership is strictly private and confidential and usage is restricted to self-use only.
2. Applicant will start getting services and membership benefits after 10 working days from the receipt of membership fees.
3. While the Export Facilitation Center will make reasonable efforts to provide support, advice, and resources to facilitate exports, we do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.
4. Independent Decision-Making: Members are responsible for their own decisions and actions. The Export Facilitation Center and Indian Industries Association do not assume liability for any consequences arising from the decisions made by individual members.
5. Information Accuracy: The Export Facilitation Center provides information and assistance based on the best available knowledge. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided.
6. Third-Party Services: The Export Facilitation Center may collaborate with third-party service providers. Members are encouraged to independently verify and assess the suitability of any services recommended or facilitated through the Export Facilitation Center.
7. Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Export Facilitation Center, Indian Industries Association, and their respective Office Bearers, Officers, Directors, Employees, and Agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their membership or participation in the Export Facilitation Center.
8. Modification of Terms: The Export Facilitation Center and Indian Industries Association reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Confidentiality: Members understand that certain information shared within the Export Facilitation Center may be confidential. Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to third parties without explicit consent.
10. Any dispute arising between IEFC and IEFC member shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration as derived by IIA.

By becoming a member, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Applicant Who fulfills the above eligibility criteria may apply for IEFC membership online
2. Application form must be duly filled in all respect.
3. On receipt of the application online, it will be checked for its completeness and approval will be communicated to proceed for payment of membership fee.
4. On receipt of membership fee, the IEFC will confirm the membership activation allotting unique IEFC Member ID.
5. For continuation of the IEFC Membership , membership renewal notice will be sent to the member one month in advance. In case membership is not renewed before its expiry, the services from IEFC will cease from the date of expiry of the membership.
